  • Q What is the shelf life of the product?

    A We are the factory in China and do 100% exporting, normal service life is 15-20 years. Before loading, we have quality inspection and sent to customers to check and confirm, ensure the products are intact. And our sales team will reply you as soon as possible after-sale.

  • Q How is your after-sales service?

    1. Any question, freely to contact with us, 24 hours avaliable for you.
    2. One order, one special person to follow the whole production, loading, installation.
    3. For the house installation, we have the unloading and installation guide and video information, also the 3D drawings. If you need, we can send you the engineer, but you need to charge the 2 round tickets, accommodation, food and salary.

  • Q What information should we offer before you quote?

    If you have the drawing, please send to us, we will work out the detail quotation for you.
    If no drawing, please let us know your requirement, we will check and give you the suggestion or design for you.
